We do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible and in most cases can do so within 5-10 days business days. If an order is delayed we will let you know via email.
If you need something by a specific date, please use the special instructions section – that appears during the check-out process – to let us know. You will be contacted via email or phone if we cannot fill your order in time.
The shipping rate is an estimate and may be adjusted depending on your location and the weight of your order. Shipping cost will never be higher than the estimated charge, with the exception of some international orders, express/overnight delivery, and/or exceptionally large orders. If we have underestimated delivery costs for some reason, we will contact you before running your credit card. And we don't charge you until your order is ready to ship.
If something doesn't fit, or is not to your liking, have no fear. We have a very flexible return/exchange policy and are happy to work with you to get your order right. Simply return your item(s) to the address above or bring it into the store.
It is helpful if you call or email (see above) and let us know to be on the lookout for your package. We will either issue a refund or get started on a replacement garment for you, which will be shipped at no additional cost to you.
